Hi everyone,
Well, like I have stated before I recently just started a new job. It isn't too bad, the people are nice and everything but there is just one problem that could potentially be a deal breaker for myself. For some reason only a sellect few (and it is always the same few) do not have to work a 12 hour shift on Saturdays with no lunches and no breaks. Now I wouldn't usually be too upset about this if I had another day off throughout the week as well, but the ones who have to work on Saturdays have to work 6 day work weeks - so I am definitely a little fustrated by this. Not only this but then the few that have that great Saturday and Sunday off, also call in to work at least once a week so we are constantly being call in on our time off. So that if definitely kinda of fustrating. But I guess it is aleast a job.

Week 5
Hi everyone!
This week has definitely been quite challenging. Being that I have started my new job, I have been having some trouble managing or juggling everything that I have to do on a daily or weekly basis. I have been finding myself stressing out a lot while I am home and definitely very irratible lately. Sometimes I just feel like there are not enough hours in a day to get the things I need to done.

Week 4
Hi everyone!
Well this week has definitely been quite an exciting week. We got a pool (Yeay)!! They are definitely necessities when you live in texas. It is already hitting the 90's here on a regular basis and for most of July, August and the beginning of September it is usually between 100-110 if not hotter, so needless to say I am really excited about the new pool. I also finally found a new job - not to sure how I am liking it at the moment - just have to give it a little time I guess. I really wish it wasn't so hard finding a job in this area so I could be a little bit more picky about what I want to do but I guess this job will have to do for now. Talk to ya'll next week!

Hello everyone,
To be completely honest things on this end have definitely been quite hectic lately. Not that too much has actually been going on, but my family and I have some pretty difficult decisions to make in the next couple of weeks/months. My husband's contract with the army is up in the fall and now is the time where we need to decide if this is really the life style we want to live. At the end of the day it is definitely going to be his decision being that this is probably what he will have to do for the rest of his career - either way it goes. It's definitely a huge decision - especially when he is talking about going some where else besides Fort Hood - the place we have definitely called home for the last couple of years. There are a lot of perks about the army - but at the same time there are a lot of downfalls as well - the biggest one would be deployments....which would definitely be inevitable. A lot of thinking to do this week - we have to make a decision soon so we can start preparing either way it goes.
